About our Store
Is it free to park?
Yes! Our parking at the front of the store is free for customers to use with no maximum stay.
What are your cafe opening hours?
Our cafe is open 7 days a week.
Our cafe opens daily at 9.30 am, serving breakfast till 11.30 am
Lunch menu available from 11.30 am
Last food orders should be placed by 4.00 pm
Cafe closes at 4.15pm
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, you can purchase a gift voucher in store at our customer service desk for both our shop and cafe.
Are dogs allowed in the store?
No, sadly, due to the risk of damage to fragile items, we cannot allow dogs in the store or in our cafe; however, we welcome service animals such as guide dogs.
Is the store wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Our store and cafe are wheelchair accessible. We also have an accessible toilet on the premises.
Are there customer toilets?
Yes, we have toilets for customers of the store and cafe, including an accessible toilet and baby-changing facilities.
About our Services
Can I have my purchases delivered to my home?
Yes! We understand that some products, such as landscaping items and larger items may be difficult for customers to take with them, so we can offer home delivery for a fee.
Delivery fee is based on location, so please consult with a member of the team who will be able to give you a quote.
What is your refund and exchange policy?
Goods will only be accepted if accompanied by an original receipt and within 14 days of purchase.
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
Can I order online?
No, currently we do not offer an online shopping service; however, please come to the store and browse our full range. We are open seven days a week!

Do you offer a kids' menu?
Yes! We have a delicious menu designed for our little gardeners - with something for even the fussiest of kids!
Is there a takeaway option?
Yes! You can ask for your tea and coffee to take away
When are breakfast and lunch served?
The Breakfast Menu is available between 9.30 and 11.30
The Lunch Menu is available from 11.30 with last orders taken at 4.00pm
The cafe will close at 4.15pm.
Do you have to book?
No! We operate on a walk-in basis with plenty of tables available both inside and outdoors for both large and small groups or single customers.
For Afternoon Tea, please call to book ahead of your visit.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Yes! We offer options for gluten-free customers.
Do you accommodate vegetarian diets?
Yes! We have options for both vegan and vegetarian customers, which will be indicated on the menu and in the display cases.
Do you offer Afternoon tea?
Yes! We offer a delicious Afternoon Tea as well as gift vouchers that can be purchased in store.
